Reservation Terms

If your reservation is more than 30 days before check-in, your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Stripe will securely store your card details, and the system will automatically process the full payment 30 days before your stay.

All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. Any refunds are determined by that policy.

Guests are responsible for following property house rules, respecting occupancy limits, and taking reasonable care of the home during their stay. Our short-term rental permit is based on those occupancy limits, and we are required to adhere to them.

Availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed in our system.

Cancellation Policy

Simple summary: the closer you are to check-in, the smaller the refund.

Refund windows

  • 30+ days before check-in: full refund (100%)
  • 7 to 29 days before check-in: partial refund (50%)
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund (0%)

Payment timing

Some bookings are charged at checkout and some are charged automatically closer to arrival, depending on how far out the stay is booked.

If you cancel before any charge happens, there is nothing to refund.

Privacy

  • We collect the information needed to operate bookings, including guest name, guest email address, stay dates, and booking details.
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers, CVC codes, or full card details on our servers.
  • We will only send you operational emails related to bookings, such as booking confirmations, payment updates, and cancellation notices.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We use booking and calendar data to manage availability, prevent double bookings, and operate the property.
