Our Story

We had always dreamed of owning a place in the mountains, and in 2018 we were fortunate enough to make that happen. When we were back in Denver for work, we began renting our home as a short-term rental through the well-known platforms. Over time, as fees increased and the rules became more corporate, we decided to use our software engineering skills to build our own independent booking site. Now we offer the same cozy mountain stays with far lower platform costs.

On the big short-term rental sites, if you manage to reach a human, you'll often find yourself dealing with call centers and scripted responses. With us, it's much simpler. When you reach out, you're talking directly to us. No scripts. Just honest, straightforward help from the people who actually own the homes. That gives us the freedom to make things easy, flexible, and personal.

We still list our homes on the major platforms, and if you prefer booking there, please do. Our small business wouldn't exist without them, and we're grateful for the role they've played in helping us get started.
