7 to 29 days before check-in: partial refund (50%)
Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund (0%)

Payment timing

Some bookings are charged at checkout and some are charged automatically closer to arrival, depending on how far out the stay is booked.

If you cancel before any charge happens, there is nothing to refund.
